In 1878, the historic community of Anthony was established just 60 miles southwest of Wichita and 12 miles north of the Kansas-Oklahoma border. Just seven years later, The National Bank of Anthony (which was to become Bank of Kansas) opened its doors to serve this energetic and growing community. In the midst of this booming oil and farming community Bank of Kansas has grown to become one of the twenty largest state-chartered banks in Kansas.
Bank of Kansas in Anthony is deeply rooted in the community in spirit by supporting the local Chaparral High School Roadrunners and in practice by actively participating on community boards and organizations.
Bank of Kansas in Anthony has a committment to the community that goes well beyond banking needs.
