Yes, once you have enrolled in eStatements via online banking, any new accounts you add to online banking will automatically be enrolled in eStatements.
Yes, you can cancel the eStatement service by clicking the Cancel button. Be aware this cancels the service for all accounts you have in online banking. If you have an Online Direct Checking account and withdraw your consent to receive Communications in electronic form, you will be charged the then current monthly fee for receiving paper Communications as described in the truth in savings and schedule of fees and charges for Online Direct Checking. Online Direct Checking If you only wish to cancel the service for a specific account you will need to contact us at 1-888-762-4762.
No, at this time you have a choice of either paper, mailed or eStatements but not both.
You will have up to 13 months of statement history.
If you provide us an invalid email address or if a previously valid email address subsequently malfunctions, then we may, at our option, treat this as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications.

Yes, each person who has access to an account in online banking can receive eStatements for that account simply by enrolling.
Another authorized person who has access to this same account via online banking has enrolled in eStatements. Once any person who has access to an account chooses eStatements for that account no paper statement will be mailed. Therefore, to view eStatements, each person who has access to an account via online banking will need to enroll in eStatements.

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 sp2 and above or Mozilla Firefox 2 and above.
- Adobe Flash Player version 8.0 or higher is required to view and print documents.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher is required to view and /or print PDF documents downloaded from this application.
- An email account with an Internet service provider and email software in order to receive notices of electronic documents available.
- High speed Internet connection; DSL equivalent or better connection is required for optimal performance.
- A printer or sufficient storage capacity on your computer’s hard drive or other data storage unit.
Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe flash are free and available for download during the enrollment process or by going to www.adobe.com.
Yes, you can download and save your eStatement to an Adobe PDF document by clicking the Download button.
Yes, you can easily print your eStatement by clicking the Print button.
You have a choice of printing:
- Current page only
- From page number to page number
- Check images only
- Whole document
Yes, you can search across all statements by check number, check date or amount. You will be given a list of all items that match your search criteria and can simply click on the item listed to display the check.
Yes, although your eStatement only displays the front image by default, you can search by check and once it is displayed choose to view front and back.
Yes, you can search by check and once you have chosen an item choose to print that check.
Most likely this is a new account and it has not yet had a statement prepared for it. If this is not a new account and should have statement history, please contact us at 1-888-762-4762.
This is a security feature that will cause your eStatement session to expire if you have been idle on the screens for more than 20 minutes. You can simply click the History button in online banking and then click on eStatements again to renew your session.
Yes, it is more secure than receiving a paper statement in the mail. You have less risk of unauthorized people accessing or viewing your statement. eStatements are viewed from within the online banking application via a secure, encrypted channel (https).

Yes. You must have enrolled in online banking, DirectBanker, and have a valid login, password and e-mail address to enroll in and view eStatements.
Bank of Kansas strives to offer our customers the highest security when dealing with electronic account information. We have chosen to offer your eStatements as the pull method. You are notified by Bank of Kansas that your eStatements are ready and then you go login and "pull" your statement down.
You will receive an email stating your account statement, eNotice or any other eCommunication you receive is ready. The email address it will be coming from is:

Yes, you will still receive your CD Rom unless you notify us that you wish to cancel that service.
Unfortunately, no. You will receive your eStatements in exactly the same style you get your current paper statement. There are other products where check images are delivered as part of your checking account package. Please call a Bank of Kansas associate at 1-888-762-4762 and they can help you find the right checking account with check images.
It could be two reasons. First, you must turn off your popup blocker or allow popups for this site. Second, you must have Internet Explorer 6 sp2 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 2 or higher for the tab links to work. Internet Explorer 6 sp2 requires Windows XP or higher operating system. Or, if you have Windows 2000 you can load Firefox 2 or higher.
